Packin' Potz is the newest adventure of The Potzernitz Clan. Your personal Chef anytime anywhere.
Here you will find our four standard Menus that we use at the Muir Trail
Ranch, these menus are not set in stone and we do modify to your specific
tastes. We have adapted the star ratings for the Menus and you will find a two
star, three star, four star & a five star menu, on the Menus Page.
On the Dates
Page, you will be able to see
when we are away at the Muir Trail Ranch or other Celebrations that take us out
of town.
Check out the Watering Hole, you never know
what will be going on there.
For Meals any where from the Valley Floor to the High Sierras, from Ten Course Formal to Chicken Pot Pie, we design menus to please your palate. Please contact us for custom menus for your next event.
